Our experience with Cristina was absolutely phenomenal. She shared her network with us multiple times plus when we was on the verge of losing contention on a home we was under contract due my previous lender dropping us a day before mortgage commitment. Now the storm has passed we are closing on Monday which brings exciting times to our family and it’s all thanks to Cristina going beyond the extra mile to rescue us out of a dicey situation to get the house we wanted for our family.
My wife and I purchased a home almost a year ago using Cristina as our realtor. After she was recommended to us, we chatted on the phone and the next day a house that fit what we were looking for popped up for sale. We ended up seeing this house with Cristina and somehow had our offer accepted on that very first house we looked at. Cristina was very helpful and responsive throughout, although I think it would be helpful if she was more knowledgeable about home construction or things to look out for in older homes. Fortunately, that is something I have experience with, so the negotiating and contracts and such were where we really leaned on Cristina, and she was great for us there. This may have been the fastest house search ever, but from our short experience we were pleased with Cristina's services.
